I hate layers too, but if you get the socks on just right, so the one inside doesn't fold in any way, it feels nice. It takes a bit to adjust them so they fit perfectly as though it was just a thick sock. (It annoys me when the inside one gets folded up from wiggling my toes or one gets turned slightly sideways.)

And I heard about the iguanas tonight on the news. That is the strangest thing. But they're ok!

And I'm one of those people who always calls to see which relatives got snow! I am watching the radar tonight where my grandparents live in Lawrenceburg, TN and I see a tiny patch of snow is over them. They're getting a call after the up to two inches they could receive by late Thursday!
