Looks like false returns. (If you mean the couple dots over Tampa) Not actual precip. And since it is cold enough that if it were real it would be a mix or snow, it shows that color.

I think we might get into the mid 20's at the airport before this over. Days ago I thought some local stations were going overboard with the low temps, now I think they had it right on or might be actually on the high side.
