Decided to look it up and found this about the false returns:

Perhaps the temperature in this case.
The morning Tampa got to 27 was shocking. For some reason it fell like a rock while normally we're the warmest aside from Pinellas.
Plant City was two degrees warmer than Tampa an hour and a half ago, now its only one degree warmer. It's supposed to be about 5 degrees warmer here in Tampa overnight, so something better change or else we're really in for it. |
