Forecast has been adjusted to the higher end of the previous scale

Main thing I think is an adjustment up in the forecast prediction. Previous forecast gave us a broad parameter or scale of possibility. The more specific April forecast puts the numbers at the higher end of the scale. I think this is mainly in response to what looks like a dying El Nino with possibly neutral conditions by the heart of the hurricane season.
