Actually I am leaving DC after having been here to shoot a segment on the Colbert report. I am all laughed out after being around the set for a couple of hours, and the segment was a lot of fun, though I wasn't too witty when The climatologist went into the standard lines about Arctic sea ice (I guess she hasn't looked, it was the latest start to the melt season ever and we are back near the mean read this.
Before the show I am at the front desk in the place going over my afternoon checks for my later in the night work (which I did after the show). I hear this voice, and it sounded like Reeves. " Would you please at least stop and have a good time for a little while" It was Colbert, looking over my shoulder... I didn't know he really knew as much about me as he does...he asked me if I ever stop working. |
