TIPTON...SHELBY AND EAST CENTRAL CRITTENDEN COUNTIES...

AT 1032 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A WALL CLOUD NEAR
WEST MEMPHIS.  THIS POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR ST CLAIR...OR
6 MILES NORTHEAST OF WEST MEMPHIS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ATOKA...
BARTLETT...BOLTON...GILT EDGE...MIDTOWN MEMPHIS...MILLINGTON...JAMES
MILL...HARVARD...ST CLAIR...REDMAN POINT...GAMMON...RANDOLPH...BEAVER
AND DRUMMONDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING STORM. IN
ADDITION TO THE TORNADO...THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
BASEBALL SIZE HAIL AND DESTRUCTIVE STRAIGHT LINE WINDS IN EXCESS OF
70 MPH.
