A Cold Summer Ahead?

 This is an American model. It shows departure from normal. Look at all the BLUE! That's where the computer is forecasting colder than average weather for the summer and there is a LOT of blue! According to this model, it's going to be pretty much a coast-to-coast cool summer. |
