It's 91 degrees here in Louisiana right now at 6PM on May 17th.  By August we will be broiling and the gulf will be boiling, oil and all.  Get your preps made early this year.  It is all about shear now.  Not  much dust, ocean is plenty hot already.  It's gonna be an interesting year.
