It looks very healthy and is getting well organized. The wind shear is somewhat favorable for this system to develop. I'll expect it maybe becoming a TD and nothing else. Reason I say that is because there is lots ofdry air heading her way. http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/flt/t1/flash-wv.html
