This area has flared up this morning. It appears to be the mid level vortex from Agatha, although convection and organization has increased, see no signs of westly low level inflow towards the mid level center. Therefore, feel with increasing shear over the southern gulf further development is unlikely.

Lets relax on calling for hurricane formation, when we don't even have TD; especially when heading into the gulf.
