Should be in the West Carib Saturday

GFS is now hinting at a warm-core development in the West Carib

This will be on the SW side of the TUTT that is anchoring north of Hispaniola.

As usual, that is where the sub-equatorial ridge subsides and is a classic place where waves can develop.

Right now that area is dry at the mid-levels.

Need to watch WV to see if it fills in around Friday.

Bear in mind that genesis forecast position is highly uncertain at this time and could happen farther east and north.
