I dont really understand what this thread is about  as a few models take this system into the northern gulf which will spread the oil onto the coasts of several states, if thats not something worth heavy concern I dont know what is? If no models were showing a system developing there would not be any hype, I think most on this board are reasonable. I have said in my update videos that  this is of great concern because even if it does not develop very much the wave action & increasing winds will drive the oil on or closer to shore so its a big story no way around it...
