Looks like it is dying off and the TUTT NE of PR is picking up the jet.
The jet is far enough away to enhance ventilation - we got a well developing poleward outflow channel.
Same time, there is an equatorward outflow channel set up as well.
Only see both setup on 20% of the TC's at best.
