OK.
Let's do GOES AVN still shot.
Here's the link:

Put your mouse anywhere inside the image and click the right button.
A pop-up menu appears.
Click on "Image Info" in that window.
A URL will be highlighted in that window.
Right click on that and select copy.
Close that window and come back to the "Post A Reply" here on the Message Board.
Right click on "Image" at the bottom right of the Message Box
A new box comes up that says "Add Image".
Put your mouse in the box under the term "Add Image"
Right click in that box.
A new menu pops up.
Click on "Paste"
Then hit the underlined "Add" text to the right of the Image URL box.
That will put the image URL into your message and will show up as the image itself when you post your message.
If you have a printer, you might want to print this out and follow along as you try it.
Give it a try and see what happens.
If you have a problem, we can troubleshoot it.
