| OMG that is unreal! I have been following the tropics for twenty years and I do not recall ever seeing such a thing on a CIMSS map. Crazy. You have to surmise that Alex is draining Darby of every ounce of energy he can take. Reminds me of the scenes in the movie The Dark Crystal when the Skeksis are "draining the essence" of the Gelflings. I imagine Darby has just the same blank-eyed hypnotic look in her face at the moment.  |
