CIMSS Shear is 25 knots and dropping

| Waiting on AMSU for an independant analysis. Yesterday shear was 35 knots. If this moves SW about 250 miles, chances would be excellent for spin-up. CAPE is 6000 there over the Loop-Current Eddy. That is spontaneous combustion conditions.  |
