I'm not sure what is going with the estimated center positions on some sites. NRL and CIMSS both reflect the 12Z positions for the invest. But the NHC at 18Z put the invest at 21.7N 86.8W, which is NW of the center noted by CIMSS in the image Doorman posted. I'm not sure if they are holding back the 18Z position because they don't think it is valid or if both sites have some other issue.
