Convection is firing up on the SW side of the TUTT currently located at 22N 62W
Shear high now but forecast to drop with an associated anti-cyclone.
Sub-trop jet over Cuba in about the right position to generate an enhanced outflow channel.
High moisture from the Boundary Layer to Upper Levels - juice is rolling in.
Surface pressures not too high.
CMC is spinning something up with an Alex-track.
NHC in Yellow Mode.
