Do you think so Jac??? About the developing anti-cyclone? Right now I look at that area SE of Jamaica--also the yellow circle area eastward over the Lesser Antilles---and the smaller area in the NW Carribean--but all of them look like areas of convection that are being enhanced by diffluent flow---boundary areas between upper level high pressure to the south and the TUTT to the north (also ULL in SE Gulf). So it still sort of looks impermanent to me. But if consisitent upper level high does develop in Jamaica area then we may have something. Prolonged period of high moisture and heat content at the surface there.
