Maybe they suddenly decided that since we're about to really start going they should hold back on awarding just anything a near 0% yellow circle. Of course it should have a yellow circle and not just 0%.

I'm trying to get something done so that I can start running tests on it as soon as it becomes an invest and I thought for sure it would get a yellow circle at 8PM followed by an invest designation just after. Maybe I'll have an extra 6 hours to get done what I am working on. |
