The key in this are these two little words "ASSOCIATED PRESS".
The media is spiraling out of control and they cannot get out of the financial tail-spin they have found themselves in. The feds are actually talking about federalizing newspapers to save them. But, that's a discussion for the off season. They are trying to sell papers / advertising and they'll do anything to get it.
I saw a crawler a few moments ago that said the storm would not be a threat to the GOM ! Really?
Wow, that's an amazing prognostication considering TD#4 is still 3300 miles from New Orleans!
Guess it's a good thing we have CaneTalk!
