Colin is a bore

A couple small hot-towers yesterday helped to streghten to a TS.
However, core & LLC not that pretty this morning and anti-cyclone is gone.
Nothing in terms of outflow channels.
Seems to be dealing with some mid-level circulation that is restricting parcel ascent.
Development could be minimal today.
