Shear in 48 hrs may not be as bad as some think

| GFS is showing the TUTT NE of PR lifting and weakening in 48hrs. In fact an UL High will be at about 20N 60W at the time Colin is there. Winds look to be stronger in the north quad of the UL High which could help ventialtion. Could be a window of opportunity.  |
