The 2PM best track position knocked him down to a wave, though they did increase the winds. All of that based on recon.

At 8AM EDT:
17.8N 59.5W
30 knots
1008 mb
Level of Development: Low

At 2PM EDT:
19.4N 61.2W
35 knots
1010 mb
Level of Development: Wave

It could have become better defined after recon left. We'll have to see what the 8PM best track says, though we will not have recon data for it so they might be more hesitant to call it a low again unless it looked a lot better.
