I remember a storm in Wauchula Florida in the early 80s ---the clouds looked like balloons hangin down (only description I can give ,I have never seen clouds like that before or since) I don't remember much lightning but the rain fell like a water fall--I walked out side in it and it was like standing under a downspout on a gutter.
