If they say he has a well defined center, I would think he would go back to being a tropical storm based on winds. However, there are two issues to consider though. One issue I see is that he doesn't have a very low pressure based on the extrapolated surface pressure from the high density observations from the plane. Around 1010mb. The other is that the west winds were very weak. |
