I guess everybody has technical glitches sometimes. I don't recall them ever having one like this though. Something about the system that displays the data on their site must have an issue. A lot of moving parts probably. They may have updated something and broke something else in the process. It's easy to do! (I know from experience on my sites. That is why I sometimes may have a few hundreds backups of a file I am working on.)
