I have noticed that the FTP server has been down a lot more today than usual. I also just noticed that when the hurricane hunter plane stopped reporting, the last observation did go out but it was not added to the NHC's recon archive like it should have been. Seems like they definitely have some issues today.

Even Twitter is down at the moment.
