It is interesting to see how Colin's wind speeds responded to his track direction and forward speed.

Even though he was under shear and convection was off to the west of the LLC; he was able to gain wind speed when was going nearly due north and notably when his forward speed was at his fastest.

Will be interesting to see if this continues to happen as he moves nearly due north.
