And as is often the case, we may expect to see greater organization as he becomes part of the westerlies, with his course shifting to the NE and he begins to "go with the flow" or shear so to speak, with his center able to get back under the storms. At that point he may very well reach minimal hurricane strength (but I truly have not looked at the official forecast) as he streaks (no pun intended) Northeastward.
