Humid air is protecting 30L from SAL

30L is spinning out to sea, but the surface circulation is confused and so the location might be off center, judging by the IR image.
It is likely to ride the southern edge of the dry air outbreak and if it can hold together until it reaches warm enough water, it stands a very good chance of development.
The forecast tracks are in a relatively big spread between GFS and the other 3.
GFS positioned it to the south east of the other three at initial time.
But other than that, as mentioned before it is nicely protected by humid air and has better chance than the other pouches to develop
