Looks like they are trying to figure something out but can't come to a conclusion.

If they think something would spinup, you would see a red track.

Looks very unlikely.

Most models are jumping on a cold-front spinup off the NC coast.

Looks like it will be a hybrid, if it does, and stay out to sea.
