I'm located in Southern NH, so I get TV from the Boston Market. The noon TV news on WBZ TV4 was not playing up the storm at all. They said that the Cape should expect some tropical storm force winds and heavy rain, but it will be "all cleared out Friday night for a wonderful Labor Day weekend". I'm surprised they didn't talk about Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and the Islands being at much greater risk, as they will be closer to Earl than the Cape.
