FIRST RAIN DROPS!
At 11am Earl is 295 miles SSE of Wilmington, NC.
The sky went solid overcast a little while ago and the quickest, tiniest little rain band ya ever saw just passed through.
With the wind NNE 15-20 a light sprinkle arrived.....then poof! In near the blink of an eye the 'rain' ended and the wind dropped down to just 10mph.
Heck, that rain band wasn't enough to please a toad.

Earl...you gotta do better than that!
