You know what they say, opinions are like arm pits. Everyone has them and most of them stink.
Long Island has plenty of reason to be complacent and complacent they shall be until we see footage of them on their roofs waiving flags and begging for help. When that day comes, this year or in the next 20 years, most will live their lives believing that hurricanes are something that happens to other people.
Most people in Los Angeles know they'll experience a devastating earth quake. Most couldn't care less and are even less prepared.
