They're saying something like...The fisrt low out of US did not affect it, why should the second one do? Well, it was always the second low the one forecasted to affect Igor.
Yeah, do not take into account it is a 1005 low. Yeah, do not take into account all the model consensus. Yeah, do not take into acount the lack of a Bermuda High. Yeha, do not take into acount that Igor is already reaching the west side of the west guiding high.
