It usually takes a lot to get it deactivated. It would have to be very dead.

We have two examples though of invests that took their time in this area. Alex and Karl both started as an invest about where this one did. They struggled until the western Carib and then they made a go at it before the Yucatan. Both really did well in the SW Gulf. Of course with this one, it might have a better chance at a northern route according to some of the models.

This one will be pulling away from the coast some now, so we might start seeing something out of it tomorrow.
