Matthew makes Landall, Models show new Surface-Low to Spin-up Monday

Outlfow of Matthew has pumped a lot of mid-level moisture into the Carib.
Shear from the TUTT over Hispaniola is inducing strong MCS's to fire.
That in turn is heating up the upper atmosphere.
As a result, in a couple days a strong UL ridge will form over the West Carib along with the fact the TUTT will dissipate..
The updraft of the ridge should form a new surface low according to the latest models near Jamaica.
The SE CONUS cutoff low should pull that system into the GOM.
