Invest 98L or CTI-101L?

| If xxx = number then we might avoid some confusion with storm numbers or invest numbers. Each season might start at the number 101, 201, ..., or 901 with season 9 cycling back to repeat 101 so as to avoid 001. So this Cane Talk Interest (or Invest) might be called CTI-101L.
