she is not on a small street, secondary for sure but not like a nothing street, usually very busy
my son could not get from crown heights to boro park, actually Flatbush Ave was pretty impassable
seriously no one is prepared for a hurricane there trust me

you can say what you want about alarmist theories ...true or not... but this is an alarming situation and one that should have been prepared for when it happens
