Also was told that many of the snow plow trucks didn't have "snow tires" which is hard to believe.
Reminds me of the Disaster after Andrew in Homestead...officials were waiting for a Fax ...
When it snows heavy in the Carolinas they are bad at removing it (coastal parts) as they know it will melt in a few days.... I doubt it's going to melt so fast in NY...
