| I don't think GFS has this well initialized. http://www.nco.ncep.noaa.gov/pmb/nwprod/analysis/carib/gfs/06/index_pcp_m_loop.shtml Doesn't really show this spinning up until east of SC. RUC currently has it at 1010mb and shows it holding up better going across FL than GFS. I think it may bomb earlier than forecast. RUC has a nice finger of theta-e infeed latching onto it. Check that forecasted 150-knot jet in 54 hrs just to the SW of the low.    |
