| Yesterday I saw the red zone go unusually north into CA. Still getting very strong D-region absorption over the poles but less than the last two days. Magnetic field is going nuts up there. IMF is still strongly negative. ELF PC1 pulses are continuing, however 2.5 Hz transmission has been shutdown. IMHO, I think chances are good for more 6.X's and maybe a 7.X within the next 4 to 5 days but maybe not as strong as the Japan 8.9.     |
