PV is stacked but needs UL support

850mb to 500mb vorticities have developed real well over night and are nearly vertically stacked.
There is a slight tilt to the east.
Still no anti-cyclone though and UL winds to the south of the COC are blowing in the opposite direction to provide ventilation.
All west Carib buoys are dropping pressures and down to about 1009 to 1010mb at the moment.
Needs a really good convective flare to kick everything in place.
West Carib is the best place in the Atlantic for that to happen.
Looking down the road in the GOM, there is a strong UL jet in the northern half that needs to get out of the way for this to really spin up.
I'll check the models to see where that may go.
