A lot is going to depend on HIspanola. And I also think where she goes is going to depend what path she takes. If she goes under it like the CMC suggests, I think the Eastern GOM needs to be on high alert. If it goes across the middle or east side of HIspanola, I think the east becomes more of a threat.
Eventually it looks like this thing will take a NW turn. The question where will it be on the map when it takes that turn, and how sharp will it be? That's the difference between an east coast storm and a Gulf Coast (perhaps FL West Coast) storm. |
