I don't know...looking at the WV and VIS loop now and it looks like the remnants of Emily is over  Cuba or the Turks and Cacos.

If emily were to reform again in the Atlantic, she would have limited time to do it in as it looks like shear is forcasted to increase again in the Atlantic just off the coast of Fl for what I can see.  Yep, she is fish, no matter where she goes there is just too much shear anywhere.
