Developing Emily inching closer to Florida...........

After looking at satellite pictures and radar observations this morning. It looks like Emily is

moving northwestward closer to the Florida coast. I live in Fort Pierce, Fl and I can see the outer

edge of Emily moving in from the southeast. The computer models have done a bad job on this

storm and due to weak steering winds. I see Emily continuing to move slowly towards the

Florida coast later today and tonight. Expect heavy rains and gust winds. If Emily is going to

move out to sea. I think it will be slow to do so and brush the Florida coastline. I think this ridge

was alot stronger than forecasted when Emily was first born. This is why Emily has moved more

west than north. I feel watches and or warnings may need to be issued for Florida if Emily does

not turn soon.
