It is not for landfalling majors.but a fact on storms that reached Major status.Currently we have had 13 straight years with atleast 2 Majors(1998- current) which is 2nd longest stretch!!!! The record is 15 straight years(1947-1961).And 3rd longest stretch is 4 (1978-81). So 13 straight years with at least 2 Majors is pretty impresive!!!!!
