nope nobody can be sure of the weather, I'm just making my prediction...
this is the way most people look at it, the US has not had a direct hit that has caused damage in over 2 years, so we are due...odds are against the US
this is the way that I look at it, in the past 5 years we have only had 1 year that has caused damage 2008-that's a 1 in 5 chance that a storm will hit this year
4 out of 5 years the hurricanes have done no damage to the US...that gives us only a 20% chance that something will hit
if you were betting on say fighters, who would you bet on the fighter that has won 80% of their fights or the fighter that has only won 20%?
what??? the underdog is bound to land the lucky shot??? yeah but he has a 1 in 5 chance
