We'll have to agree to disagree here. If nothing else, people who live in places that endured hits by storms like David or Donna should at the very least look back and understand what damage was done and why to prepare themselves for the possibility that a current system may do the same or worse. There is absolutely no reason not to draw comparisons between past and presents storms.
